On the verge of giving up on our house hunt and renting instead, a previous client of Nina’s gave us a glowing recommendation and we decided to see whether she really was a miracle worker. From the first meeting, through select viewings and less than a month later the offer we made on our first home, we have been nothing but amazed at the service we have received. Nina really listened to what we were looking for and didn’t just show us everything out there (a complaint for the previous realtor). She was always well prepared, ready to give us the lowdown on the area and an informed opinion on what she thought the offer should be. After finding our home, Nina worked with us to quickly put in an offer and her rapport with the selling agent helped us beat out two competing offers without having to go through a bidding war. Escrow was a breeze as Nina was always a step ahead and available to explain any questions we had about the jargon included in all those forms! We’ve now had our house for over a month and Nina has continued to check in to make sure that no issues have come up and given us a great level of comfort. The cherry on the top is that Nina is a genuinely nice person who clearly cares deeply about her clients and wants to get them what they need, not what would be best for her.
